Policy definitions

Wherever the following words or expressions appear in Your policy, they have the meaning given here unless otherwise stated in this policy.

ပေါ်လစီအဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုချက်များ

သင်၏ပေါ်လစီတွင် ဖော်ပြထားသော အောက်ပါစကားရပ်များ သို့မဟုတ် စကားအသုံးနှုန်းများသည် ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲမှု တစ်ခုခုမပြုလုပ်သ၍ ဖော်ပြပါအတိုင်းသာ အဓိပ္ပာယ်သက်ရောက်စေရမည်။

Accessories – the standard tools of a motor Vehicle including air-conditioners and spare tyres and may include radio/cassette player/compact disc player and the like if specified in the Policy schedule. Scope of Accessories is as per the certificate of registration of Your Vehicle to Road Transportation Office.

ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများ – ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများဆိုသည်မှာ မော်တော်ယာဉ်တစ်စီး၏ စံနှုန်းအရပါဝင်နိုင်သည့် လေအေးပေးစက်များ၊အပိုတာယာများ၊ရေဒီယိုများ၊ကက်ဆက်၊လေဆာဓာတ်ပြား သွင်းစက်များနှင့် အလားတူ ပစ္စည်းများကိရိယာများဖြစ်ပြီး ပေါ်လစီအကျဉ်းချုပ်တွင် ဖော်ပြထားရမည်။အဆိုပါပစ္စည်းများသည် ကုန်းလမ်းပို့ဆောင်ရေး ညွှန်ကြားမှု ဦးစီးဌာန၏ မှတ်ပုံတင်လက်မှတ်တွင် ဖော်ပြပြီး ဖြစ်ရမည်။

Acts of Terrorism, Terrorist and Terrorist Group – It shall have the meaning given in The Counter Terrorism Law section 3 (b), 3 (u) and 3 (v).

အကြမ်းဖက်မှု၊အကြမ်းဖက်သမားနှင့် အကြမ်းဖက်အုပ်စု – အကြမ်းဖက်မှု၊ အကြမ်းဖက်သမား နှင့် အကြမ်းဖက်အုပ်စု ဆိုသည်မှာ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတိုက်ဖျက်ရေး ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ ၃ (ခ)၊ပုဒ်မ ၃ (ပ) နှင့် ပုဒ်မ ၃ (ဖ) တွင် ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အတိုင်းအဓိပ္ပာယ်သက်ရောက်စေရမည်။

Cheating – defined in the Penal Code Section 415 is as follows:-
Whoever, by deceiving any person, fraudulently or dishonestly induces the person so deceived to deliver any property to any person, or to consent that any person shall retain any property, or intentionally induces the person so deceived to do or omit to do anything which he would not do or omit if he were not so deceived, and which act or omission causes or is likely to cause damage or harm to that person in body, mind, reputation or property, is said to “cheat”. Explanation. – A dishonest concealment of facts is a deception within the meaning of this section.
